On February 5th we're kicking off with Nutrition Fundamentals, so you know what to eat and when. This 1 hour class will cover; Why the nutrition space is so confusing The major macronutrients- how your body uses different types of food and why it matters Figuring out how much you need to eat throughout the day based on your goals How to plan your day of eating to optimize your workout and recovery How to use macronutrients to help you hit your goals- no matter what they are The cost will be 40.00 per person, charged to your Member account.
